• You are expected to communicate with me via email or any of my social networks (Twitter, Discord or others)• You will receive a response from me to discuss the details.• If your character is extremely detailed, I am entitled to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated in advance of transactions and you have the right to make changes to your commission request (eg, change character, accept simplified design changes) before transactions are completed.• If you order a part in color, you must provide a digitally colored reference with clean color swatches.• Keep your application concise with a minimum of abbreviations, so the note is easy to read.• All emails, private messages and comments that you must send must come in the following languages: English or Spanish.• Before making any transaction, you must wait for a response so that we can review the details.• After everything is processed and confirmed, I will send you an invoice. You must confirm payment with me before starting your order.

• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.• I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.• If the client does not want the work to be published, they will have to talk to me before it is published, or if the client wants the work to be removed from my portfolio, they will have to pay 100% of the total price.• I reserve the right to reject any project or client for any reason.• I reserve the right to refund you the corresponding amount if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason. If I have started with the commission, I will keep the corresponding amount based on my prices.• I do not allow my art to be used for AI and similar purposes. Please do not upload it to any AI site as this could compromise my artwork.• The use of NFT is strictly prohibited.• If you have any questions, please contact me on any of my social networks or by email.• If you are not comfortable with my Terms of Service and/or are not willing to accept the conditions, you may not request a commission.

CLIENT

• You, the Client, are expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Rates.• You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and/or linked to me.• You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.• You may not claim my work as your own.• You may use the Artwork for personal use, including, but not limited to, avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal websites/profiles.• You reserve the right to print or create a physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie NOT for sale).• You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (ie t-shirts, mugs, public handouts, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.• In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design.• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.• You are NOT allowed to trace over my artwork in any way, including using the artwork as a "base".• Harassment of any kind in an attempt to negotiate a commission (a 'space') is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to blacklist anyone for harassment.• Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before these TOS become effective are still bound by its contents.• These clients may include signatures and/or watermarks indicating that the Artwork is my intellectual property. Credit of some form is required.• By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

• Please note that all my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the "Intellectual Property" of the Artwork that you, the Customer, purchase.
• Neither I nor the Customer intend to physically ship anything to you.

Refund terms

You will only get a full refund if you see the first sketch and you decide to not continue with the project.Otherwise, the proccess will be too advanced and you'll get less money back.Once the final product is delivered, there will not be any refund.Refund %:Sketch: 100%Lineart: 50%Coloring and rendering: 20%Final drawing: 0%
If at any time you, the customer, were to break or disobey any of these clauses without reaching an agreement with me, I, the artist, am entitled to not work again with you in any way, add you to my public blacklist and If necessary, I will fill a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) form to take your post down.
